We are pleased to announce the spring meeting of the Talent Expertise Development Platform and its Training Centres Network, scheduled to take place on April 17th and 18th, 2024, in Vienna, Austria. Hosted at the kind invitation of ÖBB, this event promises to be an enriching experience for all participants.
About the Event:
The Talent Expertise Development Platform organises its meetings biannually, providing a unique opportunity for members to convene, share insights, and explore the latest developments in rail training. This year, our focus is on strategies to how attract, train and retain talent. We aim to uncover innovative approaches and best practices that empower organisations to not only recruit skilled professionals but also cultivate an environment where they thrive and contribute meaningfully to the growth of sustainable railways.

- Technical Visits: Explore ÖBB’s cutting-edge training facilities, including the ÖBB Education Campus (ÖBB Bildungscampus) in St. Pölten and the ÖBB Training Workshop in Vienna.
