Explore a first series of SDG instruments developed by the UIC to facilitate the integration of SDGs into rail professional practices: Rail Index Project and REPAIR

The SDG instruments are the result from an on-going cooperation project between the UIC Sustainable Development Unit and the UIC Expertise Development unit, in consortium with external partners from Austria, France, Slovenia and Spain. These tools are designed to be used by rail professionals, individuals and teams and, a fortiori, HR and training professionals.
During the webinar, you will
• get to know SDG instruments
• discuss the implications or approaches on how the tools could be applied in HR practices
• develop use cases on how you would prefer to work with the tools

Depending on your availability, you are welcome to join the workshop for 45 minutes to discover the SDG instruments or longer if you want to participate in the workshops
• 1:00 - 1:20 Presentation of Rail Index Project
• 1:20 - 1: 35 Presentation of the tools
• 1:35 - 1:45 Q/A
• 1:45 - 2:45 Breakout sessions: work in small groups to explore further the tools
• 2:45 - 3:00 Feedback in plenary
