We are pleased to announce the autumn meeting of the Talent Expertise Development Platform (TEDP), scheduled to take place on 26–27 November 2025 in Lisbon, Portugal, kindly hosted By IP (Infraestruturas de Portugal).
This event will provide a unique opportunity for participants to celebrate the achievements of the UIC Mentoring Programme and to look ahead with a Talent Development Workshop focusing on the future of skills, learning innovation, and career pathways in the railway sector.
Key features of the event include:
- Mentoring Programme Closing Session: Celebrate the outcomes, share success stories from mentors and mentees, and join an interactive brainstorming session to improve the programme for its next edition.
- Talent Development Workshop: Explore strategies and tools for attracting, developing, and retaining talents in the rail sector, with a focus on digitalisation, sustainability, and workforce transformation.
- Networking opportunities: Connect with peers, exchange experiences, and strengthen collaboration within the UIC TEDP community.
