1pm: Welcome & Get to know each other
2pm: Introduction Design Thinking

2:15 pm: Get to know the method
– understand < observe < point of view < ideate < prototype < test
2:45 pm: Experience the method
Go through all steps of Design Thinking in small groups using a practical example. Coaches will guide you through this hands-on exercise.
4:30 pm: What did we learn?
Together we evaluate the practical exercise and discuss the usefulness of the method for your daily work
5:15 pm: Design Thinking at Deutsche Bahn

6:00 pm: Networking dinner
